Is it rude to walk through another door if somebody has a door for you?
I have had an open door to anyone, and even after to make eye contact, walk a few steps further and open another door and go through that once.
it all depends on perception. if the other person done deliberately, then it's rude otherwise, all is not to attract attention or create a situation that will create vulnerability. do not take it personal.

One of the healthiest ways to lose weight is to walk to lose weight.

That will depend on many factors as well.
For example, your age, sex, weight, physical status and diet will be like some of the factors that come into play. You only need a few minutes in a place of day, a nice pair of shoes, and an area for walking, and you can begin your own walking program very effective weight loss.
