How much water to drink before an activity to help prevent dehydration?
For summer I'm working a Wearhouse. It gets very hot and we have to water much to work with us. We say drink plenty of water before work. How do you help? I think if I'm 100% hydrated before going to work and I keep drinking water and then just piss me everything.
When you are doing vigorous activity (or work in very hot place), you can lose water by transpiration. This can quickly lead to dehydration if not drinking enough fluids to compensate for what you're sweating.
